A massive, fully transparent food tent in the middle of a village paddy field?

No pain, no gain! That too in the pouring monsoon rain.

Outdoor catering at a remote, unknown location when GPS wasn’t even a thing?

That’s easy-peasy! All it takes is an old compass and a rare commitment.

An interfaith wedding that had to be performed right outside the church precincts?

Say wow to vows! With food trucks all dressed up as buffet stations.

Catering across the length of a moving train to celebrate Chennai’s first metro line?

Right on track! Served course after course, carriage after carriage.

A party in a half-finished building languishing without funds and bookings?

Make it hip and happening! Apartments sold out overnight.

A terrace party in a home with pristine marble floors that must be left untrodden?

Think outside the house! Think balcony and a human pyramid atop a food truck.

The mammoth-scale, uber-grand opening of the landmark Chennai Trade Centre?

Go big or go home! Now that’s what you’d call a huge success.
